Dance Fitness program includes Zumba®, Mega Danz, Ritmos etc. Which are some of the biggest fitness trends in Japan. You’ll see these types of dance exercise programs regularly in the studio at the fitness center. (But, if you haven’t been going to the fitness center, you may not have known about these programs.)
Guess what the Dance Fitness programs look like?
Well, in a word, it’s really fun exercise even if you don’t have any dance experience! You just feel the music, get into the rhythm, move your body and follow the instructors’ movements as you like. That’s it!
You’ll find how much you will sweat and have a lot of fun doing it at the same time. That’s the magic of the Dance Fitness program!!
